Patients with no improvement in condition, all are Intubated later.
Acute CHF – Coded in ED – DNR patient
Acute Pul. Edema – Cont. CPAP,Meds.,ET in ED, did well to discharge
Acute CHF, Resp. Failure – Cont. CPAP in ED, ET in ICU 6hours later, did well to discharge
Resp. Failure/Chronic COPD – Cont. Meds in ED, Intubated 60 plus min.after Adm.,due to unable to maintain airway, to ICU , discharged from hospital.
