Welcome to the 2013 online shift bid.

Make sure you read and understand all material on this page!

By using the links on the left panel you will be able to submit your shift bid for 2010. You can view any and all bids that have been made up to the time you opened your browser by clicking on either of the current bid pages (left). In addition, the current bid pages are set to auto-refresh every 10 minutes, therefore you can easily be kept up to date.

Begin the bid process by clicking on and viewing either the current medic bids or the current EMD bids. There is a link to log-on and submit your bid at the top of each current bid page. In addition, you can enter your user name to verify your bid time. Your bid start time may be earlier but (usually) not later than your scheduled bid time. Your bid time may be earlier if the medic(s) or EMD(s) before you have bid ahead of their scheduled times.

All pages have been tested in the latest versions of both Internet Explorer and Netscape. If you are using another browser and are having problems, contact Dave Rogers. You will also need to make sure that your browser is set to run javascript. In order to view the time on your system (see table below) or the the time before your bid expires you must enable javascript. If you do not see the time on your system below, javascript is not enabled.

Your log in is the same as the department overtime management web site: user name is <first initial first name><lastname> and your password is the password that you chose.

EMD's will log on with their MS Number and website password. You will only be allowed to log in during your allotted bid time or 15 minutes after the person before you has bid, which ever comes first. At the top of each page there is a timer which counts down the number of seconds remaining until your bid time expires. You will automatically be logged out when your time expires. In addition, you will only be able to submit one bid. After submitting your bid, if you need to make a change, call the scheduling coordinator, duty supervisor or designated shift bid coordinator.

To make bids consistent, all bid times are based on server time. Note: There may be a time difference between your computer's system clock and the server clock. The table below will show you what if any, the difference may be. All bid times are based on the server time!

You are allowed only one online bid. You can log on as many times as you like during your bid time but you will only be allowed to submit one bid. If you make a mistake, want to make a change or have any problems call the Scheduling coordinator, Duty Supervisor or designated light duty individual ASAP.
